Urban Canvas Studio is a 1,065 sq. ft. studio apartment located at M3M Corner Walk, Sector 74, Gurgaon. Designed exclusively for Airbnb rentals, the space was planned to deliver high visual impact while ensuring durability for frequent guest turnover.
The goal was to create a beautiful, rental-ready apartment within a defined budget. The design needed to be functional, long-lasting, and easy to maintain. Since the property would host short-term guests, it had to look premium in listing photographs while remaining practical for everyday use.
Instead of overspending, we focused on strategic design decisions. A neutral base palette ensures timeless appeal, while textured finishes, statement lighting, and curated furniture pieces create strong visual identity.
The layout was optimized to define zones for living, sleeping, dining, and working — making the studio feel organized and spacious. Durable materials were carefully selected to withstand wear and tear, ensuring longevity without compromising aesthetics. Integrated storage solutions maintain a clean, clutter-free look.
The result is a well-balanced space — visually attractive, budget-conscious, and built for long-term performance in the short-term rental market.
