Dubai Futureform Office spans 9500 sq. ft. and is located in one of Dubai's premium business hubs. The client, a leading Visual Merchandising and Signage supplier in the Middle East, works with top global brands such as Jimmy Choo, Puma, BMW, Reebok, and Sephora, etc.
The office features a spacious reception area, waiting area, two lobbies, meeting rooms, accounts rooms, directors' rooms, and other essential spaces. The client's expertise in 3D printing enabled us to experiment with innovative designs and forms.
The office benefits from a high ceiling, which was creatively utilized to maximize functionality despite the compact footprint.
The client emphasized the need for a unique and interactive office space that stood out from conventional designs. Luxury was not the focus—instead, the design was meant to showcase the client's capabilities in visual merchandising and signage, especially their advanced 3D printing technologies. They requested an engaging space where shapes, forms, and vibrant colors would inspire creativity and reflect their expertise.
We implemented a parametric design concept for the interiors, making the space highly distinctive and interactive. The use of vibrant colors brought energy and dynamism to the office, while the parametric design elements—ranging from ceilings to furniture—captured attention and sparked creativity.
Many of the furnishings and architectural elements were 3D printed in-house, demonstrating the client's ability to craft complex designs effortlessly. Green plants were integrated to add an organic touch, balancing the modern, tech-inspired aesthetic and ensuring the workspace felt lively and welcoming.
